Hey gang. I started working on something yesterday. It initially started as something that I wanted to do for myself during this challenge but I decided this morning to make it available to everyone who’s doing the challenge.
When this started, everyone began posting their links in Tiff’s daily blog challenge pages. It became apparent REALLY fast that, while I wanted to go check everyone’s posts out and provide feedback, that it just wasn’t going to happen unless that’s was going to be ALL I was doing… and I have my own business to build too. π
So I started saving the sites as favorites so I could go back to them later that day. I got to a few of them and even registered to get regular updates. I’d put an “*” at the start of the Title when I made them a favorite so that when I went back that night I’d know which ones I’d already subscribed to. But then I’d get wrapped up in getting my own stuff done and didn’t make it back to all of them. Not to mention that when I started saving the Day 2 ones, I had no idea if I’d signed up yet without going to my list of Day 1 posts to find the asterisks.
Not cool… and definitely an organizational nightmare in the making!
So, here’s what I’ve done so that I can have quick access to everyone’s post during my weekends.
I’ve gone to each of Tiffany’s daily posts and pulled everyone’s links from the comments, compiled them by day into a spreadsheet, and saved it as a PDF so everyone can use it.
Important Things to Know
- I only pulled the links where someone said “Here’s today’s post” or “Today’s post is in the CommentLuv link” rather than including all the CommentLuv links automatically. I know that some people are posting new stuff or starting new blogs but they still have other blogs or posts that they may be wanting backlinks for that they may also be including when they comment.
- Another thing to note is that what I’ve listed as “Day 1” or “Day 2” is only in synch with the day that it’s posted on Tiffany’s blog. Here’s what I mean. Tiffany is posting each of her blogging days, which is 5 days a week. Some of us are posting only three days a week, others are posting once per week. What I’m doing is, regardless of what day the participants are one, I’m keeping them with the day they’re being posted on TIFF’s blog. That way, if you find a post you’re looking at that could use some feedback about layout or technical issues, you an immediately go to the link for Tiffany’s blog, do a quick search for the person’s name or blog post title, and provide them feedback there.
- I included a blank column at the beginning of the rows so you can keep track of which blogs you’ve signed up for so that you don’t have to figure it out each time you go read a new post on the site.
- Some of you seem to be linking to your general blog each day rather than the individual posts. If that’s the way you want to keep it, awesome. But for this list, it means that each day’s post will be sending people to your blog, rather than that day’s post. Just an FYI.
- Oh yeah. You’re going to see days with the same person posting more than one post. That’s not a typo… It’s just our folks who are extremely motivated, slightly crazy or simply just never sleep! (Kidding gang… keep up the great work!)
Feedback from Participants
I’ve alphabetized the days by the person’s name (as it shows up on Tiff’s comments). That way you can find everyone’s posts or even your own posts quickly. If you use the list and see that I didn’t include the right link for your challenge post, drop me a note so I can get it changed. I know that this challenge has a lot of people changing the way they blog and I’d like to make sure that you don’t have an old post from a different blog going into your new style stuff. π
And, if you have any suggestions or ideas for improving it it any way, shape or form, please feel free to send those ideas my way as well!! (You CAN’T offend me so please just throw it out there). π
How to Get the List
UPDATE:
Since I’m participating in the challenge for 6 weeks, I’m creating a weekly list, along with a list of the blogs that participants are using for the challenge. The links are here (I’ll update it weekly). They each open in a new page or you can right-click and save.

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the number of blogs I haven’t been able to make it to because I really want to see them all! This seems to be making it a little easier. Hopefully it can do the same for others who might be feeling the same way (I KNOW what Tiff followers are like in the “I want to help” arena!)
I’ll also be adding a link onto my sidebar over the weekend so that you can download an updated version at any time!
**Feel free to let other people know too and share this with your lists. Even though they may not be in the challenge, what everyone’s doing could very well assist them in bettering their own blogs!
Oh my goodness. All that hard work you have put into compiling this list. Thank you so much.
I just took a quick glance and realise that there are still so many blogs for me to go read.
I have to work in the real world tomorrow so this is the perfect opportunity to catch up (shh- don’t tell anyone)
Thank you Debi π

What a great idea… but when I finally realized I had to download a pdf, not click a link page, it still didn’t download a document that would open… is it me, or is there a problem with the download or the pdf?

Helene,
My fault. I didn’t match the name inside my cPanel. If you can give it another shot it should work fine. If not, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks so much for the heads up!

It works like a charm now, thank you for doing all that work!
* 14 PAGES OF THEM! *
I haven’t even scratched the surface of all the blogs I need to visit yet!!!!
Oh my gosh! I hadn’t even realized there were that many! When I saw your note I thought I’d done something wrong to the file. LOL
I’m gonna have to get busy checking them out too! π

Wow, what a compilation!
Though, I was down for 2 days and never got my links posted for some and I didn’t mention they were blog posts for the challenge. So even though I have 4 posts, I show up on this list 1 time.
How do we provide you with links to update the list? Or isn’t that an option? π

Good question. I see I don’t have a Contact Me page up yet so I’ll go get that done ASAP. In the meantime, drop me an email at daretogetpersonal@gmail.com and be sure to include the link and which day you posted it on Tiff’s blog. I knew I was gonna miss a few. π Oh, and if you haven’t posted it yet over at Tiff’s, then add it to your posts this coming week and I’ll grab it then. That way it still shows up on the right day over there in case anyone wants to provide you feedback. π

Wow, what a wonderful thing you did for all of us trying to keep up with the challenge, our own sites and commenting for others. You put in a great deal of work and I, for one, sincerely appreciate it. There are a lot of sites I still need to visit and am looking forward to each and every one of them. Thanks for making it easier for all of us! You rock!

Debi,
Wow, what a gift. Thank you so much. Like you I have been very frustrated about not being able to join other lists and visit everyone’s site. Now I can do that, again thanks to you and your wonderful gift. I think I will start at the most logical place, your blog.

Thank you so much deb – awesome gift…makes me feel giddy just looking at it. Am also feeling guilty because I am 5 days behind on the challenge..work stuff and car accident got in the way!
However, am re-inspired..so off to get my butt in gear!
Sarah
No guilt!! We’re never behind as long as we’re moving forward and you KNOW that! Tiff’s on Day 6 come Monday, I’m on Day 4, some people are still setting up their sites or clearing stuff out of their way… but everyone’s moving forward!!

Deb, this is a wonderful gift! Thanks, so much, for taking the time to compile this list and share it with us.
It appears you have about as much energy as Tiff!
If you need an extra boost, you may want to check out my latest blog post on “Groovy Green Smoothies”! It’s a wonderful way to give the body what it needs and kick things up a notch: http://getfitandwell.com/groovy-green-smoothie.
So funny! I’m having one as I go thru everyone’s blogs. π
We bought a Nutri Bullet last year to compare it against our juicer and we love it! Takes less fruit and veggies than a juicer cause you use the whole plant and it feels more like a meal when you make them a bit thicker. I love it because it works well on the truck but when I know I’m home full time, I’m gonna try out the Ninja so we can make more than one at a time. π
Thanks for the info on your site. I went to sign up but was told I already had…must have been before I had my list together! LOL
Deb recently posted..It’s Time to Start Asking for Time & Support
Oh my goodness…you must have read everyone else’s minds! I have been trying to keep up as Tiffany posted these on Twitter but I never seem to have time, and my favorites list is a hot mess, lol! I am still trying to get my blog up and running so I guess I will be a fashionably late attendee to the challenge, but thank you so much for organizing this! You are awesome!
Thanks Jessica. Glad you can use it. Fashionably late is ALWAYS better than a no-show! π
Deb recently posted..It’s Time to Start Asking for Time & Support
Thanks Jessica! Fantastic and I found out that I should have posted everyday to Tiffany’s site! LOL! Well I here to learn. Thanks for the free gift and I can now find everyones site more easy.

Have you posted your links on Tiffany’s pages? If you haven’t had time yet, just post them in the comment section on next weeks post. That way I can get it under the right Day number for people to check it out and be able to provide feedback for you. π
Deb recently posted..It’s Time to Start Asking for Time & Support
Thank you so much for this freaking fantastic resource Deb. This is what I love about our community, people helping people. I’ve looked at so many new sites today my head is spinning. It will be great to be see them all in one place.

I want to make sure that Challenge members have a place to find it so they can give you feedback!!
