I was completely floored last night so I had to share this real quick.
I was out playing on Hostgator since I finally know how to find my stats. One of the things I noticed is that my Bring the Fresh test site (the one that my son and I randomly picked a quick topic for) had been getting quite a bit of traffic… more than we expected anyway.
So we decided to go out to Scroogle since we hadn’t checked it out for a couple of months, and see how it was doing
We were completely shocked and blown away. I don’t know about ALL of our keywords yet because I haven’t had time to look at all the stats, but for our MAIN keyword we have positions #3, #4, AND #5 on Google.
SO COOL! 🙂
So, for those of you who are still wondering whether or not you can rank on the first page of Google, I’m telling you right now… you ABSOLUTELY can!
Anyway, I haven’t completely checked out all our stats yet, but I just had to share this.
Oh yeah, before I forget. No, we haven’t made any sales on that site yet. I know I’ve mentioned on this blog before that this particular website was something we just threw together really fast to test out the Bring the Fresh program.
We haven’t done a thing with it since we put it up. And to be honest, with the exception of one of the products offered, I’m not even overly impressed with the offers on the site. I’m not sure if I went to the site that I would stick around to click on it either.
Anyway, I’ll be back to let you know more about what we find out later.
