UPDATE: Well, the Samsung thing didn’t work but I got my new laptop early. I’ve spent the past day and a half NOT liking Windows 8. There’s a definite learning curve I’m thinking and I just don’t have the time or desire to go thru it. As a computer programmer, the more “user friendly” they make home operating systems, the more frustrating it gets for me!
I’ve managed to locate the parts of the system I gotta have to do the basics so I managed to get my video uploaded!
I love Christmas lights so much but I never find time to put up as many as I’d want! I do plenty indoors though.
Outsourcing can be tough but once you figure it out it’s worth it. I was struggling, especially with writing because other people outsource to me, but I outsource a ton of other things. I’ve been outsourcing a bit of writing as well, but only when it’s a subject I don’t enjoy writing about.

It’s wonderful when you can start letting go of the need to do it all yourself and start outsourcing a bit. Even just light editing is better than full on performance 😉

As surprising as it is, I’m actually getting excited about the whole outsourcing thing. I’m thinking it’s because I’ve (finally) gotten to the point where I KNOW that I’ve gotta let go of the “control” of my entire business in order to GAIN control of my life! LOL

It’s so hard to let go when you do feel that you have the skill or think you should have the time, so you need to do it yourself.

I wish my partner would hire someone to get our lights up. I love Christmas lights, but he claims he is getting too old to put them up and refuses to pay someone else to do it.
