How about $5…or $50. How about $10,000… or $50,000… or (if you can imagine it) 100,000+?

\nWell neither is mine\u2026and that’s okay!

\nThere was a time back in 1998 and before when I never knew you could make that kind of money. I was raised as a single parent household by a mom who worked as a Legal Secretary for the same guy for 38 years. And yet she never made more than $38,000 a year. I started working two and three jobs when I turned 18… even got a college degree and went into computer programming for about seven years… and the most money I ever made as an employee was $65,000 a year (and I didn\u2019t actually get a chance to earn that because they let me go after 6 months due to lack of contracts.)

\nThat\u2019s when I went into business for myself and started my journey of \u201cWhat?! You can do that from home? And make THAT kind of money?!\u201d

\nOf course my first reaction\u2026and my 2nd, 3rd, and 50th for that matter\u2026was \u201cYeah right!\u201d
\n
\nAfter a lot of \u201cin our house\u201d meetings (no circle drawing\u2026I did that one back in my college days), I finally found someone who I thought was telling me the truth. Of course at the time, I also looked at this shy, quiet, can\u2019t put my first and last name together in a sentence guy and thought, \u201cHell, if THIS man can earn $13,000 a month, I can blow it out of the water!\u201d

\nI had NO clue what I was doing so I had no choice but to just follow what this man said to do. And I was still shocked when it worked.
\n
\nDuring my first 3 months, I just over $36,000 (with the way the compensation worked, $8,000 of that was mine to keep). After that, it just kept getting better\u2026right up until the man who founded the company decided he was going to make some drastic changes to everything and turn the company into an MLM (and I have nothing against legitimate MLMs\u2026I\u2019ll talk about that one later since that\u2019s a whole other topic).

\nIn less than a year, the company went under and I nearly lost my home.
\n
\nThere\u2019s was no way at that point I was going back to a regular job. I knew what was possible for me and knew I just had to start searching for another company that I could stand behind. It didn\u2019t take long. A friend from the first company approached me and asked if I\u2019d like to assist in building a new company.
\n
\nStart-ups are scary, especially in the direct sales arena. Over 90% fail in their first year! I trusted this guy, I had to do SOMEthing\u2026so I went for it and figured I\u2019d make a lot of mistakes and still learn a ton. Fortunately, it paid off.
\n
\nI LOVED being with that company! I got to host live calls, train from stage, travel the world first class with my son to THE most gorgeous places. And most of all, I got to assist thousands of people in changing their lives too.
\n
\nDid I make mistakes? Yes. Did I trip and stumble a bit? Yes. Did I always feel confident? No. Did I break new personal income records? Yes.
\n
\nSo, after this long dissertation of my life, what\u2019s my point?
\n
\nThe point is that it doesn\u2019t matter how much you\u2019re earning in your new internet marketing business. Whether it\u2019s $5 a month or $50,000 a month, it makes no difference. If you keep growing as a person, learning about your business, and listening to successful people who have walked the path you\u2019re on and succeeded (and I\u2019ll talk about how to weed out the REAL income earners on another post), you WILL get to where you want to be\u2026and it doesn\u2019t matter whether that place you wanna be is $300 a month or a whole lot more.

\nSo whatever your goal is\u2026.GO FOR IT!!<\/p>\n
