Here&#8217;s a quick time line of events:<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 30<\/strong> &#8211; Picked a topic, did some quick keyword research, then bought a domain name from GoDaddy.<br \/>\n<strong>February 12<\/strong> &#8211; Added content and site went &#8220;live&#8221; (It only took a few hours to do the content and set up the site&#8230;but I was only home for one day each weekend and we were doing it together).<br \/>\n<strong>March 2<\/strong> &#8211; Had all the background SEO done.<br \/>\n<strong>March 3\/4<\/strong> &#8211; Ordered backlinks on the 3rd&#8230;they were done on the 4th.<br \/>\n<strong>March 15<\/strong> &#8211; Site was #5 on page 2 in Scroogle.<br \/>\n<strong>March 17<\/strong> &#8211; Site made it to #10 on page 1 in Scroogle!!<\/p>\n<p>Yes! I&#8217;ve never had a site, no matter what &#8220;Guru&#8217;s&#8221; latest course I was using, make it to ANYwhere that a human would ever see it&#8230;let alone page 1!!
